Bookings & Accuracy

By booking a pooja, homa, priest, consultancy or any other service through our platform, you agree to provide accurate details — date, time, address and contact number — for scheduling and to be available at the confirmed slot.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

Rescheduling and cancellations are subject to the policy shown on your booking details page. Please contact our support team as early as possible for any changes.

Priest & Temple Verification

Priests and consultants on our network are independently verified for qualifications and experience before being listed. Any service quality concerns should be reported to our support team so we can address them promptly.

Payments

Payment may be made online or at the doorstep, as offered for a given service. Prices shown at the time of booking are final unless otherwise communicated by our team.

User Responsibilities

• Keep your account credentials confidential and secure.
• Provide accurate registration and booking information.
• Treat priests, temple admins and support staff respectfully.

Limitation of Liability

We coordinate and facilitate services between devotees, priests and temples but are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from a service performed by an independently verified priest or consultant.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
